Built for the people responsible for the outcome
You don't need to understand telemetry or control systems to get value from Mainte. Everyone accountable for the equipment sees the same trusted record — in language that makes sense to their job.
Operations & plant managers
See equipment condition, maintenance priorities and unresolved risk in one place — without reconstructing the story from three different systems.
Safety
Keep observations, controls, evidence and follow-up actions connected to the equipment and the event they relate to.
Maintenance
Give teams the work, the technical context, the history and the supporting documents they need to act properly the first time.
Compliance & assurance
A clear record of what was identified, what was decided, who acted, and what evidence confirmed it was closed out.
Engineering & reliability
Review machine behaviour, prior interventions, procedures and condition history together, instead of chasing spreadsheets that left when their author did.
Executives & project leaders
Understand where attention is required, whether actions are progressing, and whether the organisation can demonstrate control.
Ask a question. Act on the answer.
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague — what's overdue, why a machine was pulled, what's due this month — and get an answer you can act on, without knowing which screen holds it. Underneath is a full maintenance system: every action follows the same rules, permissions and audit trail it always has.
Raise a defect on Excavator EX-214 — hydraulic hose weeping at boom pivot
Defect DF-1184 logged against EX-214. Routed to plant maintainer. Photo + location captured.
Show me the last service history and current compliance status for CR-009
Crane CR-009: last 10-yearly inspection 14 Mar 2025. Logbook current. 1 open advisory.
Which assets on the Eastern Freeway package are due for inspection this month?
7 assets due. 3 plant items, 2 lifting devices, 2 access platforms. Grouped by contractor.
Ask in plain language
Speak or type, the way you'd ask a colleague. There's no query language or menu tree to learn.
It does the real work
Raising a job, updating a record, pulling a history — the assistant carries it out in the system, not on a scratchpad.
Your rules still apply
Permissions, approvals and the audit trail work exactly the same whether someone types, taps or speaks.
One category. Every industrial asset.
Conversational Maintenance is not a feature we added. It is what Mainte is. What changes between products is the kind of asset it reaches — the equipment you drive, and the plant you run.
How it fits together
Manuals, inspections, defects, work history
The control system you already run — untouched
Gets what your plant knows out to Mainte. It can only read — never write — and it keeps working when the site's internet doesn't.
Only needed for fixed plant. Mobile equipment doesn't use it.
One operational record. Ask a question, get an answer that cites its source, and raise the work from the same reply.
Turn PDFs, manuals and forms into structured operational data
Heavy industry runs on documents: OEM manuals, inspection forms, commissioning records, compliance certificates, historical job packs. Mainte reads them, extracts the operational facts, and links them to the assets, jobs and compliance records they belong to.
- Asset specifications and service intervals lifted from manuals
- Defect history reconciled against inspection PDFs
- Compliance expiry dates extracted from certificates
- Operational answers grounded in your actual documents—cited, not invented
Check its work. It expects you to. Every answer names the document, the page and the asset it came from. An assistant you can audit is worth ten you have to trust.
A complete CMMS, built to run operations
Underneath the conversation is a complete, dependable maintenance system — assets, work orders, PMs, inspections, documents and approvals, all in one record. The assistant makes it faster to use; it never replaces the system of record your operation runs on.
Asset Management
Complete asset registry with hierarchies, specifications, documents, and lifecycle tracking.
Work Orders
Create, assign, track, and close work with full status lifecycle and cost capture.
Preventive Maintenance
Time-based and meter-based schedules. Auto-generation of work orders on triggers.
Inspections
Configurable checklists with pass/fail, measurements, photos, and defect linking.
Document Control
Attach drawings, manuals, SOPs, and certificates. Version control included.
Approval Workflows
Multi-level approvals for work requests, purchases, and high-risk operations.
Standalone CMMS, open to your stack
Mainte works fully on its own. If you'd rather keep an existing ERP, CMMS, onboarding or logistics tool running, Mainte is built to integrate — modular, API-first, and designed to share data both ways. Tell us what you run, and we'll talk through what's possible.
Modular by design
Adopt the modules you need—assets, inspections, work, compliance, documents. Leave existing systems running where they already work.
API-first foundation
REST APIs and event hooks make integrations possible with most ERP, CMMS, onboarding, logistics, workforce and compliance systems — built case by case with you.
No forced migration
Adopt Mainte as your CMMS, or run it alongside what you already have. Either way, no rip-and-replace project required to get value.
Mainte Edge
Your plant already knows what's wrong with it. Getting that out, safely, without touching how the plant runs, is the hard part. Mainte Edge is the piece that does it.
Your team never touches it. Most people on your site will never know it's there — which is exactly the point.
How it connects to your plantIt can only read
It cannot write to your control system. And there's nothing to open on your firewall.
It survives the outage
When the site's internet drops, nothing is lost. It catches up when the connection is back.
It locks you into nothing
Ordinary industrial hardware. Your historian stays your historian.
AI-assisted, not AI-decided
The assistant makes the system faster to use — it doesn't get its own authority. Every request runs through the same permissions, approvals and audit trail your team already relies on, and a person stays in control of the decision.
Someone asks
A request in plain language, by chat or voice
Your rules check it
Permissions, policies and approvals — the same as always
It's done, on the record
The work happens in the system, with a full audit entry
What this means for your operations
Built for regulated, safety-critical environments
Mainte understands that maintenance in mining, infrastructure, and industrial plant isn't just about efficiency—it's about compliance, safety, and accountability. Every feature is designed with auditability in mind.
Complete Audit Trail
Every action—create, update, approve, close—is logged with user, timestamp, and source (UI or AI). Nothing happens off the record.
Work follows the right steps
Work orders, assets and PMs move through a defined path — no skipped steps and no shortcuts that leave a gap in the record.
Safety Tagging
Isolations, permits, and safety-critical work are flagged and require explicit acknowledgment before proceeding.

The answers your IT and procurement teams need
Where your data lives, who can reach it, how it's protected and how activity is recorded — stated plainly, so security review is a conversation, not a blocker.
Available now
Australian data residency
Your data is hosted on infrastructure located in Australia.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is protected end to end using industry-standard encryption.
Role-based access control
People see only what their role allows — enforced identically for the UI, the API and AI-assisted actions.
Full audit history
Who changed what, when, from where, and what evidence supported it — recorded for every action.
Controlled plant access
Where a plant is connected, Mainte Edge can only read. It reaches out; nothing reaches in, and it can never write to your control system.
Single-tenant isolation
Each customer's data is kept separate, so one organisation can never see another's.
External assurance roadmap
Privacy Act 1988 & the NDB scheme
Designed to meet Australian Privacy Principles and Notifiable Data Breaches obligations for how personal information is handled.
ISO 27001 & IRAP alignment
Our security controls are mapped to ISO 27001 and IRAP as we work towards formal external assessment.
Procurement documentation
Security overviews, data-handling detail and our current control mapping are available for enterprise procurement and security review.
Ask for the security pack during your evaluation and we'll walk your team through it directly.
Mainte states the controls it has implemented and labels alignment work as alignment. We don't claim certifications we don't yet hold.
Designed for complex, real-world environments
Mainte handles the organisational complexity that other systems ignore: multi-site operations, subcontractors, on-hire equipment, and the intricate permission structures that real enterprises require.
Multi-Organisation
Separate tenants with isolated data. Share assets across organisations when needed.
Zone Management
Geographic or logical zones with their own teams, rules, and escalation paths.
Subcontractor Access
Controlled access for external teams. Scoped to specific assets, zones, or work types.
On-Hire Assets
Track equipment that moves between sites. Ownership vs responsibility clarity.
Asset Hierarchies
Parent-child relationships for complex systems. Roll-up reporting and cost allocation.
Role-Based Access
Granular permissions by module, zone, asset class, or cost centre.
Built for asset-intensive industries
Not a concept. Running in a live plant.
Mainte is in daily use on a live industrial deployment — reading real plant data, answering from real documents, and turning changing conditions into maintenance work with the evidence kept intact.
Based on a live NSW infrastructure deployment.
Pumps, dosing lines and process instruments read continuously from a working plant.
Questions answered from the plant's own manuals and records — with the source attached.
A change in condition becomes a flag, a decision and a job — with the reason preserved.
The people responsible for safety, uptime, maintenance and compliance still spend too much of their day reconstructing information from disconnected systems. Mainte exists to end that.
Mainte was built by a mechanical and mechatronic engineer with more than a decade across heavy industrial machinery, infrastructure, mobile equipment, fixed plant and maintenance operations — someone who has been accountable for the machines, the maintenance quality, the evidence and the outcome.
It comes from direct frustration with the outdated, fragmented tools still used to manage critical industrial equipment: history trapped in folders and inboxes, knowledge that walks out the door when a person or a contractor leaves, and no single trusted place to see what happened and prove it. Mainte is the system that engineer wanted to have.

Built for the gaps existing systems leave behind
Legacy CMMS platforms cover the fundamentals — assets, work orders, PMs and inventory. Mainte covers all of that, then closes the gaps teams in construction, mining and infrastructure still fill with spreadsheets, SharePoint and email: document intelligence, multi-contractor field work, lifecycle visibility and audit-ready evidence.
Comparison reflects typical deployments. Legacy CMMS coverage varies by product and configuration.
See Mainte for yourself
No form, no waiting for a callback — click through the actual product. Dispatch, work, evidence and cost, one connected record.
Built in plant rooms, not boardrooms.
Four decisions we made early, and will not be talked out of. If you have been sold industrial software before, you already know why each one is here.
It cannot touch your plant
Mainte reads. It cannot start a pump, move a setpoint or acknowledge an alarm. The worst thing our worst day can do to your process is tell you nothing.
Your engineers set the limits. Not our algorithm.
Every 'predictive' tool on the market is guessing with your plant. Mainte uses the limits the people accountable for that equipment already set — and judgement stays with them.
Check its work. It expects you to.
When Mainte answers, it names the manual, the page and the asset it took the answer from. An assistant you can audit is worth ten you have to trust.
If it doesn't know, it says so
No invented numbers. No last-known-good held on a screen to keep a dashboard green. A silence stays a silence, and lands on someone's list.
